[NewsPaper] Main Page, First Image Post

On a theme im using now when I make a post:

The ExampleImage.jpg will display on the main home page as the article image. The other images appear in the post after clicking the article to view it. The great thing here is I dont have to upload it as a featured image and it is hotlinked from any image host I choose. Id like to know if any of your themes support this. I was looking at the newspaper theme particularly.

The theme does not incorporate such feature. It could be achieved, however, through a plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoset-featured-image/

Sadly I have found no plugins including this one what work. I have found only 2 themes that I could modify to achieve this.
