[Splash] Upper Menu On Splash Theme

I actually have a simple question for you for once!

I want to buy the splash theme and don't need the upper menu, the one all the way on top above the logo, can I remove it so the 
regular lower menu is only displayed?

 

Lastly, I'm assuming I can change the font to arial and change the size of the font?

 

Any sales or coupons at the current time?

Yes the menu at the very top can be removed through the following Custom CSS:

#menu-top { display: none; }
