frankieifop
Please, I have Pre-Sale Enquiry to make. First, between Schema and Socially Viral, which is better - I am looking for speed and SEO as well as Ads monetisation. Secondly, how often are the themes updated because the changelog shows it's about 4 years since the last update - and WordPress is now in version 6.7 and counting. Thirdly, why can't I download the free versions - at least, let me try them out. I've had account with MyThemeShop since 2015 and from here, I got glued to RankMath Pro. Please, I need to be clear of these and others because the support I'm seeing in the support section is not encouraging at all.
Support Mili Posted November 19 Support Report Share Posted November 19 Hello, Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today. We would recommend using Schema for speed and ads. The themes are updated whenever there is a major bug with new WordPress updates. However considering that our themes have been working very well with latest WordPress updates due to them being very well coded, they did not require major updates. However if you encounter any issues during your theme's lifespan and you have an active subscription with us, our staff will do their best to fix any issues and offer suggestions for optimization. The free theme is no longer available as it was using a lot of our staffing resources due to users asking help for the free themes. We only support premium theme for Schema as of now. As for support, we have support staff covering every timezone and replying on a daily basis to our users except on some weekends where our staff does take days off. Looking forward to helping you. Thank you. 🏁Rank #1 on Google With our WordPress SEO Plugin. ⚡Score a 💯on PageSpeed and Dominate Search Rankings. ✏ Editing theme files? Please create a child theme to make your changes update-proof.
