[Schema] I want to upgrade to unlimited sites license but...

Good day,

I bought the Schema theme, starting with the 1-site license. After falling in love with the theme, I decided to upgrade to the 3-site license by paying the required balance. Now, I want to upgrade to the unlimited-sites license but I can't find the option of paying the required balance (after deducting what I already paid for the current license). Please help me figure out how I can pay the $18 or thereabout balance that completes the $77 payment for the unlimited-sites license (as I already paid $59 for the current license).

Alternatively, I'd appreciate it if I can get a promo code for the unlimited-sites license.
