2) I NEED USER TO COMMENT ON EVERY DEAL & COUPON ? CAN WE DO THAT

3) I CANT SEE USER REVIEW ON DEALS & COUPON ? CAN WE DO IT ? 
4) IF I HAVE SPECIFIC STORE COUPONS & USER WANT TO OPT FOR ANY STORE RELATED EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION CAN WE DO THAT ?
5) SUCCESS RATIO ON A EVERY COUPON OR DEALS (EXAMPLE : TO GET USER BEHAVIOR ON THAT COUPONS AND DEAL)

1) CAN WE MAKE USERS TO "SIGN IN " IF THEY WANT TO ACCESS IN DEAL & COUPON  ?
No, that is not a feautre of the theme. But you can use a plugin perhaps to block access to your pages unless signing occurs. We don't have a suggestion as to which plugin as we have not tested any.

2) I NEED USER TO COMMENT ON EVERY DEAL & COUPON ? CAN WE DO THAT
For the user to view the coupon only once they comment is a feature that is currently not supported.

3) I CANT SEE USER REVIEW ON DEALS & COUPON ? CAN WE DO IT ? 
That is a feature that is currently not supported.

Yes, you can set expiry on coupons.

You can import coupons from other sources.

The banner can be modified but it would require a custom solution. You can try using a plugin that is a slider.
