Splash Theme Support- Simply Awesome!

I will get straight to the point. Often labelled as too grumpy and difficult to impress, my last few days have been nothing less than agonising with moving to a new hosting provider and adapting to what they support and what they dont. Content, View, Accessibility and everything out of place.

 

During these horrid times, the last thing i wanted was waiting ages for reponse on my theme queries and troubleshooting hours and hours with technical stuff.  Luckily, I found Support here extremely helpful and my queries were answered so clearly, politely and concisely that it probably will take tremendous effort for other themes to take me away from MyThemeShop again
