[WP Notification Bar] Can multiple Notifications Bars be displayed on the same page?

We are evaluating WP Notification Bar for use to display alerts on (municipal government) client sites and it appears that the Free version of WP Notification Bar (at least) will only display the most recently published Notification Bar on a given page (that meets the display conditions). 

We are happy to purchase the Premium version, but only if it can display multiple alerts (Notification Bars) on the same page, e.g. in a (horizontally or vertically) scrolling marquee style. Is this possible with WP Notification Bar Pro?
