[Digital] Is this theme RTL?

Hi, I was wondering if this theme has RTL supported, I really like the theme but my blog is in Hebrew so it most be easy to convert the website to RTL.

I asked bhanu.a@mythemeshop.com and he told me the theme does support RTL. ( asked in the forum and him at the same time ) what is the correct answer?
