[Schema] Which Theme to buy for Social Club Website

I want to create a website that has forums, chatroom, stories, member pages, where people can create member acocunts, post their pics, view other members' pages and pics, send each other messages, etc., and contribute to content (forums, chatroom, stories, rate other member pages. It will have a database with member information, and content I put up as the webmaster including videos, and a blog.  So which theme should I choose?

WordPress themes do not have the ability to do all of that, the theme is just for the layouts. You would need plugins to be able to do all of that on your site and  maybe even a custom plugin/solution.

You can try any thing because all plugins should work with any theme.
