[WP Quiz Pro] hover color of answers

Hello,

We are actually testing WP quizz for our new website. Everything's fine, except the hover colour on the answers when pointing over an answer:

A dark yellow border appears, and then a yellow background. 

How to change this as we didn't find any setting in the plugin to do so. Do we need to add CSS? then could you provide the code?
