[Rank Math SEO Plugin] Leave Site? Changes you made to the site might not be saved - error

Since installing Rank Math on a few sites, I've noticed after editing a page with Elementor and leaving the page, I get the warning "Leave Site? Changes you made to the site might not be saved." I only am receiving this notification on sites that have Rank Math installed. Considering that I am not updating the Rank Math settings everytime, it is a very frustrating additional step to once again save each page. 

I don't want the message, but don't want to disable Rank Math on all my sites either. I've narrowed down the message to this plugin. 

Any suggestions or is there a setting within Rank Math I accidentally have checked I can turn off to eliminate the message?

Thank you for letting us know this issue. I've forwarded this issue to our Development team, they will fix it and release an update soon. For now, please activate the Classic Editor plugin as this seems to be only happening on the Gutenberg editor,
