Is there a way to exclude just one page from the notification bar?

The problem is a bug with your product. I've replicated the issue on another website. I just wanted to report the bug.

Thank you. I've already followed steps by deactivating all plugins. The conflict is when your plugin is activated and the navigation bar appears on a page with Google Recaptcha v2.

When this plugin is enabled on a page with a contact form using Recaptcha V2, the Recaptcha popup (to select the images to pass the recaptcha) will load at the top of the page instead of next to the Recaptcha box. Temporarily, I have the notification only on the homepage to solve the issue.
