Have recently had to ask the support team at Mythemeshop to install Moneflow theme on to a website I am working on as I was having difficulty with the set up. I am sure there were a few other people involved so apologies for any names missed out but the help I received from MistaPrime and Jitendraa was fantastic.
Very quick to respond and extremely helpful. Could not fault anything. With some other companies, support responds after about 48 hours and when you know that, it's frustrating but you get used to it.
However, so far with Mythemeshop, the response has been within about a couple of hours.
