I was thinking about purchasing the WP Notification Bar plugin and the price was 14.95, but today when I went to the page to buy it the price was 19. Why is that? I thought the plugins were 50%, but the WP Notification Bar for 1 license is 19 and not 14.95 anymore. I'm confused.
