[WordX] Install to test server before moving to domain

Hi, My client wants to use your WordX theme on wordpress website. I need to build the website on my test server using a test domain. Once project is completed I will move website to client domain. Can I install the Theme on test domain first and build site. Once completed can I move the website to client domain without having to re-purchase the theme. thanks Pankaj
