Each web site is a unique animal with unique needs. This makes it close to impossible to create a plugin that is perfect for all. This is the first and only time I have been able to find a plugin that can be altered to meet the needs of my field. Why, great support willing to do what is needed to adjust the plugin. Unheard of.
