It seems that there is some override based on alphabetical order of the category name, because other products that are not added to the category that now takes over from the primary one display the breadcrumb correctly.

Thank you very much for your fast reply! I just checked and this setting was already selected (in my case for Post types > Products) I saved again but still a random (not primary) category is displayed in the breadcrumb for this product.

Hello, i successfully inserted the breadcrumb to my page. But unfortunately the primary category is not used as the path. I do not see an options in the settings to use primary. Can you please help me? Thank you
