Hi, I'm checking your free plugin (and also premium) about quiz, i will need to create a quiz that allow to fill a simple form before start (name and email), and limit the email to fill the form for 1 month. So, one email xxx@gmail.com for example only can do the quiz once a month... And also confirm if there is any integration with mailchimp , to export emails that filled the quiz...
