Hi mythemeshop! I previously had the 1 year subscription which I do no anymore, however I'm thinking about renewing if the new version fixes the issues that I'm having. I have recipe reviews on my website for non-food related content. So I get structured data errors for nutrition as well as errors for no videos uploaded even though videos are optional. I am considering switching to create by mediavine which doesn't produce those errors. Can you let me know if those errors are fixed in any new updates of yours? Thank you! Hi My Theme Shop! I installed rank math plugin, and it works on most of the website but on the bottom of my landing pages I get a fatal error, the link is in sensitive data. Thanks for your help!

Thanks! From analytics I could tell this started happening around the time I installed rankmath, but I also upgraded to wordpress 5.0 at the time and those posts were marked as private, but previously by link they were still available to the public but I guess not after the wordpress update. Changed them to public and now works.

Now I turned off redirections from the dashboard of rank math, but when I click that link it just reloads the same page. Thanks for your help!

Hello MythemeShop! I activated rank math a week or so ago, and turns out I'm getting a redirect on a page that shouldn't be redirected, is not in the redirect list but I can't figure out why this redirect is happening. On the social locker, when you click go to the download page: https://www.backyard.games/holiday-games/left-right-christmas-gift-game/ it should direct to this https://www.backyard.games/downloads/left-right-christmas-game/ but instead it redirects to the homepage / It doesn't happen when I'm logged in as admin, but happens to guests. Have cleared the cache, no luck

Thank you SO much for the extra information on the extra post types to no-index, that was great advice so I removed each of those. I updated the wp-review pro plugin this morning (along with wordpress), and still experiencing the same issue. For example, trying to save the "about backyard games" page to "no review" type but it won't save and reverts to the star rating. Other changes I make on that page are accepted.

Thank you so much for your extra comments on things to look at! I had a look and addressed them, I'm having a problem removing the star rating from a page, in the page edit I change from star to no review, save page and then it reverts back to star rating and doesn't seem to want to change. I use a VPS with Digital Ocean and Server Pilot. I've noticed WAY better speeds since switching to them, even though I know there is still some things I need to address on the wordpress side it's much faster.

Hello, Yes but please try to ensure that there is as little downtime as possible and don't leave the website not working. When I enable rankmathseo the website will no longer load with the redirect error, and starts working again when I disable it. I have had no problems prior to this, I use cloudflare for my SSL. Thanks!

Hi! When I activate the Rank Math plugin (i'm a mythemeshop subscriber), I then get, too many redirects, when I deactivate the plugin, the website works. I don't know what setting might be causing this. Thank you!

I dislike purchasing a full theme package where I pay over the price of the plugin and maybe get the benefit of using other plugins plus the support. I hadn't read the greatest reviews of mythemeshop but I decided to purchase anyhow and glad I did. I was only looking for the wp review pro plugin and now excited about the seo rank plugin as well. Plus I immediately ran into problems with importing the structured data from another plugin and the support was wonderful in getting it fixed for me. I would definitely recommend mythemeshop.
