  1. For some reason, the snippets are showing up on the bottom of our web pages and are visible to our customers. How do we get those hidden? This only happens when we use & activate Rank Math SEO,
  2. No, I do not need JetPack's sitemap. Do whatever you need to get this resolved if possible.
  3. Again, the site was or was not using Yoast SEO plugin and we are using WP Rocket for our caching purposes. I just purged all of the cache and varnish on the server. Please let me know if it helps in reading robots.txt file
  4. I spoke with my hosting provider and they looked into this. There is no robots.txt file in the folder itself and they are not hiding any of the files.
  5. Please use SFTP instead of FTP. I got in without an issue. Looking forward to get this resolved!
  6. Hello, I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further? Thank you.
  7. Actually I do not see those sitemaps in my FTP. Where can I locate the robots.txt and sitemap files?
  8. I was using Yoast but that plugin is no longer in use. How do I fix this? Do I simply delete those files?
  9. Okay, it now works... I am facing a different issue now. Please see what it tells me below. I definitely don't want pages and posts to be blocked. Also, am I supposed to submit in all sitemap: author, pages, post, etc? # Type Issue Description Issues count Example Line Detected 1 Warnings Url blocked by robots.txt. Sitemap contains urls which are blocked by robots.txt. 6 Value: - Feb 11, 2019 Value: - Feb 11, 2019 Value: - Feb 11, 2019
  10. Nope. That is not the case here. We've submitted the following: /sitemap_index.xml /page-sitemap.xml /post-sitemap.xml We continue to get the same results. By the way, we are using WP Rocket for our cache mechanism if that makes any difference.
  11. Seems like all of my websites that are running on Rank Math SEO and its sitemap xml file is not recognizable by Google. Either it says that it's in HTML or/and cannot be used. I am unable to use search console to run indexes and make sure everything is working as it should be. A website is provided in sensitive data field. This is just one example out of 15 websites we run on and has similar error.
