After having struggled with theme support at a popular theme vendor for more than five months, I came across MyThemeShop and without any further ado I went ahead with the theme purchase. Not only the theme installation was pretty straightforward, the video tutorials and self-explanatory configuration options made it even easier to get the theme running. Within minutes of purchase, I had my theme up and running. I must admit, MyThemeShop has got a great collection of premium Themes and plugins. They're all SEO and Ad sense optimized and well worth the money.
I've saved best for the last i.e. the theme support. If you're going to take away something from my review, i hope it's this. MyThemeShop has got a really great support team. Post a question and get an answer pretty much immediately (weekends are an exception for obvious reasons). Never have I faced a situation wherein I had to repeat or re-post my question because it was left unanswered. The expert staff are super fast in their responses and they never leave any post unattended. Chances are that you'll get a response within an hour or so. To add further, the support team even helps with customization of free themes. What else can you ask for?
I've been shopping some plugins and plan to go for some more premium plugins and themes. I hope the staff keep up the good work. Kudos to MyThemeShop team and every one who helps folks resolve their issues.
