I was having trouble with my paypal account yesterday and missed the $19 sale it seems. Any way that might be extended today?

I am currently using the free version and am interested in upgrading but I read the premium version is an entirely new theme so I'm a little concerned what will happen with some of my plugins. In particular, I am using a plugin called "EasyRecipe" which creates recipe cards in each of my posts. If I upgrade will my plugins and data for something like this be lost? What about menus, tags etc? Thanks.
