Hi there, This plugin looks very good, but I have three questions before deciding to purchase. 1) When a visitor submits an approval, can you/do you as the moderator get to approve the comments prior to them going live? 2) If so, do you get some form of email notification or other form of notification of a visitor review pending? 3) Within the 'Summary' area where you can write what you want there, can you use html there? I was thinking of putting a Pro's and Con's section there with perhaps bullet points and maybe in different colors. Is that possible?
