I have been very pleased with the support I've received from MyThemeShop. I really value the fact that there are actually very knowledgeable people at the other end of my requests for help.
In addition to the expertise they demonstrate, the staff is patient in trying to understand the issues being presented, and instructions conveyed by them are always clearly communicated.
I doubt seriously that I would have succeeded in doing what I wanted to do with my website had it not been for the support provided by MyThemeShop.
