MyThemeShop not only has great themes, but awesome support. I've never had quite the experience with a free theme as I have with this one. It's fully customizable (even allowing us to remove footer links) and they have tremendous support as well. Ask as question and they either give you the answer, direct you to a previous answer or even login to your site and help you further.
