I purchased the Pro upgrade the WP-Review Plugin for Wordpress. It installed and was activated very easily and I was up and running in no time. But there was a minor problem with the way to worked with my theme. I decided to reach out to support here and hope for a response. I was very pleased with how quickly they responded to my support request with a recommendation on steps I could take to get the plugin to work properly. I tried it and it only partially worked, s I responded back to support with my findings. They, again, quickly responded with a second suggestion. This time it worked perfectly. I am 100% satisfied with the purchase and with the after sales support.
