So, I have the Point theme, which fits my needs and use to get free support, in the "Free Support" forums.
I haven't had any issues, until I started update my blog. Layout started changing and went to the forum and couldn't
post and topics. Contacted support, they said, now there's a charge for tech support. Of course, I was upset, but,
I liked the theme, so, what was I going to do. Pay $9 and get help or be lost, trying to figure it out.
Heck, Thrive Architect charge $85 a year for support, so I paid for support. So far, it's worked really well.
I know I'll get answers within 12-24 hours and knowing I can get CSS support gives me peace of mind, fromnot
knowing what to do. So it's worth $9 for support.
