I'm glad that my first theme purchase was with MTS, and I made that purchase only because they sent me a discount coupon to get one for only 9$. Could I refuse?
The first support requests were slow to be responded to but they always did anyway!
Now 6 months have passed and I opened another issue topic. This time responses were fast, 2-3 hours, and they don't stop until they solve the problem. Very pleased about the support!
What I'd like to see in the future is a more variety of themes, but if not possible due to the work needed, You could offert more customization possibilities... it would be appreciated.
