I had an error message on my homepage in Repose theme. I submitted the post and then realised a piece of info was missing. By the time I had redone the post it had been answered. The answer put things right. Absolutely unbelievable and brilliant customer service. Thanks very much!

Today I tried to update my Repose theme and it didn't work probably because I am a novice at using cPanel and Wordpress. I sent an email to support to see if they could help me and they replied within a few minutes. Following that they installed the update and solved my problem within 38 minutes total!! I think that is unbelievable support!
