Is the image scroller one of the custom widgets?

Hello, i'm thinking about purchasing your Textured theme. I have a question about the way that it displays on mobile. The image scroller that is just under the top menu doesn't display when I use a mobile device. I have tested this on the iPad and Kindle. Your page says it should display when I turn the iPad sideways, but it never does. Why does it not display on mobile and is there any way to fix this?
