My experience so far with mythemeshop support is fantastic. Jitendraa and Mistaprime helped me out before I melt down. Not sure if I ranted somewhere in this forum but I am very sure about them not lashing back at me. Great customer service and decent response time.
Expect to hear more from me as I go along. Ask them anything.
