I've used a lot of premium different themes over the years. These days, most of my sites use MyThemeShop because they look great, load fast, are easy to use and without a doubt, offer the best customer support I've ever had with any theme company... which is huge.
I'm not a coder so all the php AND CSS help is absolutely amazing. Many theme companies won't provide CSS support, which makes it hard.
I'm also a big fan of a good number of the plugins offered.
