I know privacy, TOS, etc. pages are not thin content, but my main question was how can I index only those pages and the other to be no-index.
I tried to add them as exceptions in the sitemap, but they don't appear in it.
You are right. Don't bother with them. I just wanted to know the process in case I will need it in the future
I only have that problem with meta description.
Thanks
Hi,
I have >X pages on my website. I want them to be all no-index, only 3 of them to be indexed.
Here is the screenshot of the pages Sensitive data
Also, there is the meta description problem: Sensitive data
Thanks
Thanks. Done it.
I still have the problem with pages being included in the sitemap. I want only 3 pages to be included and all the rest to no-index.
I added them as exceptions on rankmath sitemap settings and checked no archive on the individual, but still, they are not showing in the sitemap.
Should I do something else?
Thanks
Hi,
I know I shouldn't have been checked it. All my traffic is dead. Hope it will come to normal after google index it back.
I should have paid more attention to that.
Also, I see google doesn't take rankmath meta description on the indexed posts. Is it because of the update or I should wait more to fetch it better after de-index.
Thanks
Great! I made the changes. We'll see how it goes.
I checket this http://prntscr.com/ml13z0 a few days ago and seems that Google de-indexed all of my site. I unchecked it today.
Is that what this is for?
Thanks for your help.
Yeah, I solved that issue with posts in map.
I want to index only 3 pages on my site, but the other (>200) I want to be no-index.
So, I set rank math to no-index all pages. But how can I let the 3 pages be indexed.
Hope you understand my question.
Thanks
Hi,
It seems I have a problem with sitemap. It doesn't generate post and category links.
Also, I set no index to all pages. How can I exclude some pages from not being deindexed?
Appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Regards
