our site is ranked 50k in alexa so we constantly have minor technical issues here and there..
however, once i submitted a ticket, these people got to work within the hour and fixed the minor slide issues we've been having. Im glad i bought TruePixel instead of the competitor themes, wouldnt know if the service would be as quick and prompt as these guys here... cant go wrong with them
