I am currently using the MagXP theme and have had several questions along the way to help customize the theme to my specific need. All I can say is WOW! The technical support is FAST and always has a great solution to solve whatever it is I am trying to do.
One great example was with the WP Review plugin (Awesome, by the way)... I wanted to check some specialized functionality and was told that it was not yet part of the release but perhaps in a future release. Then a short time later, one of the techs actually created the code that was needed to make the change so I did not have to wait for a possible update sometime in the future! Who does that??? MyThemeShop does!! Highly recommend!
