I have deinstalled and delete rank math plugin and activated Yoast Premium and SEO Local Premium
And all my problems are gone. By internal links not a nofollow there is even not a possibility to set it in a easy way!
And focus keywords are not coming from a list but I just can type in. And the SEO analyse works.
And when I put 5 focus keywords for all I get a value. That was not by Rank Math.
If you still want that I test I will do the following things.
I will clone the site https://isa-loodgieters.nl site to for example https://oefenenwp.nl
I will deactivate all plugins including wp-rocket cache.
And test the plugin starting with new page.
The only thing is, can I close the site for google or is then Rank Math not working?
Or only some modules are not working? There will be for example not be a connection with google search console.
And maybe there can be a problem with the keyword list.
But if you think is worth to try I can try.
But on isa-loodgieters.nl the plugin is absolute not working in the right way. And after deinstalling Rank Math and activating again Premium Yoast all is working fine.

Maybe you can not see it at your site but at least you can see it on the pictures I made and on the movie that there are problems

I am very corporating but not when I even it is in nice words are calling a fool

I think you can see the problem. For myself I think or it is the DIVI Theme or a Chrome issue but I work only in Chrome.
But I hope you see it is a real problem for me because some keywords are not in the list. I can choice CV Ketels Amsterdam but not CV Ketel Amsterdam

All internal links are default with rel=nofollow atribute. What absolute is wrong. I must all internal backlinks check and change that is to much work
I hope here is coming an update for.
And it is not that only internal links added after rank math has that problem all links have the same problem

The problem is not that you cannot add a keyword that is not on the list but that SEO is calculated not good.
Because the words are not recognized in the tekst.
My site is allready optimized, I rank allready on 1 2 and 3 with for me important keywords.
So when I see a value from 13/100 for my SEO I know there is something wrong.
And indeed when I add from the list the SEO value is 63/100 what is maybe also a little to low but ok.
The ranking for Loodgieter Amsterdam is 2 but measured by google.nl in Amsterdam.
Because the customers are only from Amsterdam

There is no need for a movie you can just try by your self.
If you go to to focus keywords and you start to type you get a list while you type you get new words.
No problem, and when you can make a choice from that list all is working fine.
So far so good.
But the problem is when you cannot make a choice of that list.
I cannot make video only screenprints but I think just try and you see it for your self.
But the critic I have is this why to force your focus keyword to choice from a list?

Yes I did, but that is not working. If the words are not in the list it is not working.

I have found the problem and it brings me another problem.
I was putting just the words in for the focus keyword
When you put the words in you get a list when you choice from that list then it is working.
If you do not choice from that list or cannot choice from the list it is not working.
For example CV Ketel Onderhoud Amsterdam I cannot choice from the list or CV Ketel Amsterdam
I can choice CV Ketels Amsterdam but that I want not,

I have deinstalled yoast and installed again Rank Math version 0.9.9
The result are the same with one difference.
First it was like this when the settings by external links where no follow then the internal links showed by CTRL + K where also nofollow and when the settings by external links where follow then the internal links showed by CTRL + K where also follow.
Now it makes no difference the internal links shower by select link CTRL+K is allways no follow
