I noticed there is a $9 monthly fee for the membership subscription.

 

If I sign up for the $67 membership, can I download all the themes/plugins, cancel my subscription (so I don't have the $9 recurring fee), and then use the themes I downloaded on sites I might develop in the future (after my subscription ends)? And will I continue to get updates for these themes?
