[Rank Math] Doesn't accept its own settings json import file

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Rank Math SEO is not listed in your list of plugins and in the import section, it doesn't accept a json file I generated from Rank Math SEO on another site. It says this file extension is not accepted.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best regards,
Florence.

Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today, and we are sorry to hear that you have run into some problems.

Our minion wrote this automated message, and someone from our real support team will reply to you ASAP (replies can be slower than usual on weekends and holidays, so please bear with us).

While you wait for an answer, you can do the following (or have a cup of coffee):

1. Make sure your web host meets the minimum requirement to run WordPress. Most of the issues can be traced back to an outdated server configuration. Moreover, having old scripts and software expose your website to a plethora of security problems.
https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

*Note!*

If your host doesn't meet WordPress’s minimum requirements, you are already exposed to many security threats and slow loading times. Even Snowden feels you are lucky not to get hacked yet. We highly recommend moving to a host which supports WordPress completely. One of the hosts we recommend is linked below:

2. If you are facing issues setting up your plugin like the demo, follow the video tutorial to set up in a few minutes.

3. Check our YouTube channel to know how to install, setup, and use our products. You maybe have to watch that other video later:

If none of this help, please wait while our staff gets charged up to draft a personalized reply to fix the problems you might be having.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Hello Florence,

Looks like your server is not allowing uploading of JSON file. Please ask your hosting support if there is any security in the place which is causing this issue.

Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
