[Schema] Over a year and the cancellation is still pending

More than a year ago I cancel my subscription (Schema theme) But the system continues to charge me the subscription. A few days to renew automatically again (without my consent). 

Please request that you finally cancel the subscription. I do not want to tell my bad experience in other Web sites (forums especially)

And clarified that the option to cancel disappeared from my panel because it was cancelled more than a year ago, but still charging

You were charged for the theme on November 24, 2017.

After that you have canceled the recurring and it was already canceled and you won't get billed for the theme on November 24, 2018

Hello, the problem is that the cancellation system, still has marked as  "Pending Cancellation". is open yet.
