Hello,

I tested further and noticed that even other SEO plugins' sitemaps are not working.

It seems like a server issue to me. You can check the source code here:
yourwebsite.com/?sitemap=1

You would notice the code is showing up.

Can you please ask your hosting to modify the NGNIX rules?

If they are unable to help you, please ask them to add the following rules to the config file:

# Rewrites for Rank Math SEO XML Sitemap
rewrite ^/sitemap_index.xml$ /index.php?sitemap=1 last;
rewrite ^/([^/]+?)-sitemap([0-9]+)?.xml$ /index.php?sitemap=$1&sitemap_n=$2 last;

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today.

Sorry for the issues.

 Please try this: go to Settings > Permalinks in your wp-admin area, and simply click on the Save button at the bottom once. Then visit your sitemap again to check.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Hello, Thanks for you reply.

I have already tried it, also try to change and return the configuration of permalinks

I disabled all plugins too and change the theme to default.

I have updated the sensitive data if you want to check , I have a Backup if you need to try something.

Thank you.
