Hello,

Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

You won't need to re-create the quizzes, they should stay as you added them in the free version.

Looking forward to help you. Thank you.

Hi,

I'm not sure what you mean by "disappear from my banner area".

What is the banner area? Send us a link to your banner area.

Looking forward to help you. Thank you.

here's what my quiz looks like:

http://feminineprosperityquiz.com/wp_quiz/are-you-missing-one-of-the-feminine-prosperity-points/

in the top banner above the quiz, there's the words WPQuiz which I can't get rid of.

Any ideas why it's there? I didn't input that, so I assume it's part of the plugin?

Second question, in the pro version, is there a way to trigger an auto-responder email with their quiz result once they finish the quiz?

Hello,

Those words are the page title.
If your theme gives you the option to disable page titles then you can disable it. Or you can use this CSS:

.single-wp_quiz h1.page-title {
    display: none;
}

Regarding your second question and the auto-responder, at this time we don't have that option.

Looking forward to help you. Thank you.
