No Billing For December

Hi,

I am a premium member of MyThemeShop. But, when I open the dashboard today, my membership status become a free member.

I have checked the status of the subscription at PayPal and until today they are still active with the balance amount sufficient and connected with several credit cards.

When I'm back to the dashboard and check the Payment History, I did not get bills from MyThemeShop for December.

Can you help me to solve this problem? I was your old customers and actively help you with affiliate promotions. It's not fair that just because the absence of the bill, you made me have to pay again from the beginning.

 

Please your help.
