kbick64 Posted February 25, 2016 Report Share Posted February 25, 2016 I'm not an expert at wordpress so each time I use a new plugin or theme there's a learning curve for me. Getting WP_Subscribe up and running was easy, and the dashboard was very robust and intuitive (I wish all plugins were this good). The biggest challenge I had was with customizing it for my needs. Mythemeshop was very quick to respond to my support posts, always provided a clear answer, and was patient and responsive as I asked question after question. In the end, I couldn't be happier with how WP_Subscribe is now set up on my site. I wish support for all software was this responsive and helpful. Thanks!
