[WP Notification Bar] Bar Usage

I was hoping to have a top bar above the header on my site (NewsTimes Theme), and since the theme does not provide that I will go for the WP Notification bar.

1 Can I split the content of the bar and have a menu on the left and social media icons on the right?

2 If 1 is not possible, can I place 2 bars on top of each other?

3 I see in the backend options that there are settings for'only' and 'not' on mobile devices. Is there a setting that will keep the bar on top at all times regardless of device?

Hello,

1. If you are familiar with HTML or using shortcodes for columns you can insert two columns into the bar and have one menu on one side and the social icons on the other. However it will require a custom solution, it is not part of the plugin's default function.

2. That is not supported by the plugin.

3. Yes, by default the bar will be shown on all devices.
