[Memberships] Membership Plans?

I just registered on your site and I am interested in some of your themes.  I am confused about your membership options however.

 

You offer a MEMBERSHIP and DEVELOPER plan.  Membership is $67 (then $9/month) and Developer is $97 (then $9/month).  So far so good.  But Membership says access to all themes but only lists 64.  Developer says access to all themes and plugins and lists 82.  I am confused - I can't find 18 plugins that would make sense of this.  I also think there are more than 64 themes listed on your site.  Which themes are not included in the Membership plan?

The membership plan includes all themes (64 are paid and the rest are free ) but not the plugins. The developer membership includes all the plugins (3 paid plugins) as well as themes  - plus, you can use the themes on your client's sites as well in this plan which you cannot do with regular membership plan.
