Can you do something like:

 

Growing

Growing > Plants

Growing > Plants > Grains

Growing > Plants > Grains > Rice

 

I mean is there a limit to the level of sub cats?

Hi,

If you set the mega menu to show only Subcategories, then it'll show the subcategories of the main category, as well as second level subcategories.

If the mega menu is set to show Subcategories & Posts, then it'll show subcategories of the main category on the left, and it will list posts from the main category or subcategories on the right.

If I understood, well there is a max level of 3 cats all in all:

 

main one

main one + sub1

main one + sub1 + sub2

Yes, that is correct, the mega menu will show first and second level subcategories of the main category.

By the way, the main category itself can be a subcategory as well.
