[WP Quiz Pro] Can I add extra fields to the "Subscribe to See the Results" Form

I am wondering if I can use the "Subscribe to See the Results" functionality of the WP Quiz plugin but add extra fields to the form rather than just Name and Email ??

I would like people who have completed the quiz to answer a few more questions before seeing their results.

Is this possible ?
