[WP Review Pro] multiple subscriptions for the same product

Hi, 

I seem to have multiple subscriptions for the same thing: 

 

• Access to all Free Themes & Plugins - Lifetime
• WP Review Pro renews August 13, 2021
• WP Review Pro renews January 21, 2022

 

A renewal has just gone through today for WP Review Pro, but I already have one valid until August 13, 2021, AND I also have a full Lifetime to All Free Themes&Plugins... so please can I have those two WPreview Pro licences removed and reiumbursed ?

We have refunded the license that was renewed today.

You have another subscription which is going to renew on August which can not be refunded. But you can cancel the subscription from your account so that you won't get billed for that anymore in the future.
