[WP Real Estate Pro] Adding custom fields / adding attributes to listings

I read that Custom Fields – add custom fields to your real estate listings through the use of filters.

However after installing the demo version, I am unable to find how I can do this easily?

I need to be able to add custom drop-down fields to my listings, such as *nearest train station* or *property developer name* and so on.... 

I then need to be able to display listings filtered by these new custom fields.

How can I do this?
