[WP Review Pro] Directory Site

I am creating a directory website for a specific type of business. What I would like to do is allow user reviews on each of the businesses which I know is possible with this plugin. Then I would like it if that business could be the only one to reply to the reviews, so set up a privileged role for them that allows them to do that. Is that possible with this plugin or does it have something that would give it similar functionality?

Also, would it be possible to pull in the Yelp reviews, Google reviews and Facebook reviews for each individual business?

Are you referring that only the business owner to reply to a customer's review? If so then this feature is not available with the plugin at the moment. You can check for other custom solutions for that.

The plugin can import Yelp, Google and Facebook reviews in a widget.
